Culture Album Activity Booklet (Spanish) - Distance Learning

This booklet is intended to be used as a supplementary activity to our bilingual children's book ¡Todos a celebrar! A Hispanic Customs & Traditions Alphabet Book by Dr. María Alma González Pérez. This alphabet book highlights some of the most popular Hispanic customs and traditions. It helps children learn more about the Spanish-speaking Hispanic culture: its people, its countries, and its flags. Each description is followed by a question to solicit an oral response.

The activities in this booklet are student-centered and engage children by having them think about some of their own customs, celebrations, and traditions. The intent is for students to become more cognizant of their cultural experiences and values by completing their own “Mi Pequeño Álbum de Cultura.”

The activity is intended to be printed double sided and folded from the middle so as to create a booklet.
